Facebook does not make its money from people paying to log in. Facebook wants people to log in frequently and to stay for a long time when they do. Basically it will detail how Facebook is supposedly going to charge its members and then ask people to share the status to their Facebook wall to supposedly prevent them from being charged. This is of course nonsense, but people will pass it on anyway.
